Growing up in Qingdao, China, Dr. Lin has always wanted to be a veterinarian and give the best care for valued pets. Bringing experience in breeding Border Collies, a varied educational background in 3 countries, including Chinese medicine and acupuncture, and special interest in many subjects including ophthalmology (eye disease), and reproduction, Dr. Lin hopes to build a trustworthy environmental between clients and the family doctor for their beloved pets.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Dr. Lin brought greater communication ability with many of our clients. She loves dog shows, snowboarding, travel and friends, and is always looking at ways to expand her knowledge base.
Dr. Wendy Wang, Veterinarian
Dr. Wendy Wang was born in Taiwan and immigrated to Vancouver with her family in 1998. It has been her childhood dream to become a
veterinarian. Dr. Wang studied at UBC with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Biology; and graduated from the Western College of
Veterinary Medicine with her Doctor of VeterinaryMedicine degree in 2016.
Dr Wang is fluent in Mandarin and English and is trying to get better at Cantonese. She has a special interest in Traditional Chinese Veterinary
Acupuncture, herbal medicine, and food therapy. She is also a frequent guest on FM96.1 Chinese radio, Fairchild TV, and various live broadcast
platforms. Dr. Wang has an exotic shorthair named Lebron. In addition to being a cat lady, Dr. Wang is also a foodie and a bubbletea fan. Together with Dr. Lin, we strive to establish a reliable, caring, and professional environment to take care of our beloved pet patients at E.P.I.C. Veterinary Hospital.
